Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Crypto Chemistry - the crypto-analytics service operated from Slovenia (European Union) by the owner and operator of cryptochemistry.net (“Crypto Chemistry”, “we”, “us” or “our”) - and govern your access to and use of cryptochemistry.net and our crypto-analytics platform, dashboards, charts and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may register with an email and password, with a one-time code sent to your email address, or by signing in with Google.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred without our consent.
  • Notify us promptly at support@cryptochemistry.net of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, fees and payment

  • The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (“Pro” and “Premium”) with the features and prices shown on our Pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are stated in euros (€) unless otherwise indicated and may be exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We may change plan features and prices. Price changes apply to future billing periods and we will give notice where required by law.
  • Promotional pricing (such as limited-time sales) applies only for the stated period and conditions.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated.

EU/EEA consumers: the Service is digital content supplied immediately. Where you start using a paid plan during the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

5. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
  • copy, scrape, harvest, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service, its data or its content except as expressly permitted;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
  • circumvent access controls, share paid access with others, or use the Service to build or train a competing product;
  • upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.

7. User submissions

If the Service lets you submit content, you remain responsible for it, you confirm you have the rights to submit it, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and all of its content, software, designs, charts, models, text, graphics and trademarks (excluding third-party market data and your own submissions) are owned by Crypto Chemistry or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights by using the Service.

9. Third-party services and market data

The Service displays market data, charts and tools provided by third parties (for example TradingView and Alpha Vantage) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and such data may be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

10. No financial, investment or professional advice

Crypto Chemistry provides analytical tools and information for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or other professional advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or fiduciary, and we are not regulated as such. Cryptocurrencies and related assets are highly volatile and you may lose some or all of your money. Any decisions you make based on the Service are made at your sole risk, and you should consult a qualified professional and conduct your own research before making any financial decision.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data or output is accurate, complete or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Chemistry and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypto Chemistry and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Suspension, termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account yourself from Account settings → Danger zone (after confirming your identity), or write to support@cryptochemistry.net from the email address on the account. Deletion closes the account immediately, ends any active subscription for future billing periods and does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid - see Section 4. Your personal data is removed within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as billing records). How we handle the data itself is described in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as Sections 8 to 13) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date, and material changes will be notified where required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia shall have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability: if any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
